David Willis of Panama City, Florida.; her grandchildren, Ben Willis (Shannon Hulon), Jessica Vivone, Rickelle Lewis (Shaun) and Hilary Willis; her great grandchild Raylan Willis; her sister Phyllis Adkison; and her nieces, Tracy Whittaker and Amy Lako (Steve). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren.
