He is survived by: his wife Brenda Miller; his son Jeff Miller (Emily) of Petersburg, Virginia; his siblings, Mary Byrd of West Virginia, Sarah Faye Radcliff (Cary) of Florida, David Miller of Florida and James "Red" Miller of Florida; his parents-in-law, John and Nellie Hurley; his siblings-in-law, Kevin Owens (Kim), Kenneth Owens (Samantha), Amber Enfinger and Rhonda Miller; and his grandchildren, Walter, Lucy and Felix. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
