He is survived by : his wife Michelle Bland of Enterprise, AL; his daughters, Toni M. and April M. Bland of Enterprise, AL; his siblings, Richard Dewayne Bland (Sharon) and Juanita Faye Tanner (Gary); his grandchildren, Robert Dale Irby Jr., Skylar Nicole Irby and Tayler Marie Elwell; and his close friends, Jerry, Arleen Rone and Melissa Hankins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
