It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Harrell Thompson of Enterprise, Alabama, born in Clayhatchee, Alabama, who passed away on July 27, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Jacquelyn Dyar Thompson; and his parents, Sid Thompson and Amanda Speigner Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Robert Harrell Thompson, Jr., Terri Averett Enterprise (Bruce), Jim Thompson Enterprise (Bev) and Greg Thompson Enterprise (Jodee); his grandchild Hadley Thompson McAlister (Brandon); his children, John Robert Thompson (Nicole), Ashley Averett Casagrande (Michael), Eric Averett, Sid Thompson, Ele Thompson, Stacy Lin Thompson and Dyar Thompson; his great grandchildren, Finley Kate McAlister, Eason McAlister and Cole Thompson; and his brother Bill Thompson.
