He is survived by : his wife Shirley Frazier; his mother Lovie Jacobs; his children, Rhonda Kay Frazier Ward (Ted) of Samson, Jimmy Frazier (Shirley) of Abbeville and Cheryl Prytula (Bo) of Phenix City; his brothers, Danny Jacobs (Patty) of Tennessee, Jimmy Jacobs (Tara) of Ohio, David Jacobs (Teresa) of Georgia and Gary Jacobs (Connie) of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Gary Salter and Alicia Martin (Trey); and his great grandchildren, James and Avery Martin.
