She is survived by: her husband Joseph D. Means; her sons, Joseph Means, Steven Thompson, Michael Vernon, Paul Thompson and Gary Thompson; her stepdaughters, Carolyn Brooke Lossing and Amanda Scott; her brother Ramond O'Donovan (Vivian); her grandchildren, Keleigh Vernon, Lisa Norris, John Vernon, Kimberley Vernon, Liam Thompson, Rinn Page, Lara Thompson, Chloe Thompson, Kelsey Thompson, Brodie Thompson, Jaycob Scott, Noah Scott and Emmily Scott; and her great grandchildren, Courtney Vernon, Joshua Norris, Isabelle Rose Norris, Myles Norris, Griffin Page, Reggie Page and Skyler Rose Thompson.

Due to her Parkinson's and Dementia, they moved to Dothan, AL, to be closer to family, and better healthcare, where she passed June 4, 2026.
