He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Dennis; his sons, Sammy Dale Dennis, Jr. (Monica Dennis) and Troy Dennis; his grandchildren, Kyle Dennis, Harlie Miller, Katie Dennis and Krissy Dennis; and his great grandchildren, Ryder Dennis and Wyatt Dennis.
