She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Neal; and her siblings, Bonnie Lee Elmore and William Marion Neal. She is survived by: her children, Christi Risher (Chris Lewis) of Enterprise and Donald "Peanut" Allen, Jr. (Linda Young) of Blountstown, Florida; and her sister Mary Joe Boon of Iowa. She is also survived by two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
