She was predeceased by: her husband Terry Lewis; and her sons, David Lewis and Steven Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Pike of Enterprise, AL and John Lewis of Enterprise, AL; her daughter-in-law Kristen Lewis of Milton, FL; her siblings, Pauline Catrett (Bobby) of Troy, AL, Ruby McLeod of Troy, AL and Jerry Dickey (Clovia) of Mobile, AL; and her pet Zoey. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
