He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rudolph and Eunice Rudolph; his sister Janice Rudolph; and his grandson Brett Baxter, Jr. (Tom). He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Rudolph; his children, Becky Baxter (Brett) and Fred Rudolph (Christie); his brother Ted Rudolph (Cookie); his grandchildren, Ashley, Cole, Devon and Kayla; and his great grandchildren, Edwynne and Parker.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Tom's honor to the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church Building Fund.
