With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tommye Byrd of Enterprise, Alabama, born in Geneva, Alabama, who passed away on April 7, 2022 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jessie Broxson Byrd and Benjamin Bert Byrd; her siblings, Jeanette Moates, Benjamin Max Byrd and Catherine Louise Cresap; her grandparents, William Suggs and Lucrecia Tindol Broxson; her nieces and nephews, Nancy Catherine Cresap Knowles, Emily Catherine Moates Sawyer, Benjamin Martin Moates, Rebecca Moates (Becky), David Bert Moates (Joan), Benjamin Max Byrd, Jr. (Cathleen), Amy Byrd Goertz (Duane), Robbie Byrd Daniels (Jeff) and Edward Cresap (Michelle); and her nephew-in-law James Sawyer.
