He is survived by: his parents, Billy Phillips and Sandra Phillips of Enterprise, AL; his brothers, Carson Phillips of Enterprise, AL and Tim Phillips of Taylor, AL; and his grandparents, Jewell Allen of Fredonia, KS, Cliff, Glenna Harris of Enterprise, AL and Irene Phillips of Savannah, GA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
