He is survived by: his wife Teresa L. Shurum; his sons, Jonathon Lane Shurum and Matthew Aaron Shurum (Amy); his grandchildren, Jon Luke Shurum and Sarah Shurum; and his sisters, Grace Wadsworth, Linda Fogarty and Karen Wright. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
