He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Allen and Frances McDowell Aldridge; his wife Sandra Kay Jeffords Bell; his sons, Roy Clayton Bell and Allen R. Bell, Sr.; and his siblings, Earl Aldridge, Wanda Aldridge, Donna Aldridge, Ronnie Aldridge, Tommy Aldridge, Darrell Aldridge (Betty), Danny Aldridge, Van Aldridge and Jerry Aldridge.
He is survived by : his children, Billy "Glynn" Bell Jr. (Pam) of Headland, Janie Parker (Tommie) of Crawfordville and Dennis Bell (Jennifer) of Eufaula, Alabama; his siblings, Glenda Davis (Buddy) of Waycross, Georgia, Judy "Judy Bug" McDonald (Calvin) and Michael Griffin; his sister-in-law Carolyn Aldridge (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Bell, Joey Bell, Lauren Bell, Madison Parker, TJ Parker (Grezelda), Eric Bell, Alaina Bell, Zachary Bell, Allen Bell (Sarah) and Tera Northrup (Kevin). He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
