She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Sanford and Ruby Lee Blackmon Spurlock. She is survived by: her sons, Chris Spurlock and Anthony Spurlock (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Meagan Devongza (Allen), Michael Spurlock, Christopher Spurlock, Melanie Spurlock, Janelle Spurlock, Nicole Spurlock, Julie Spurlock, Taylor Spurlock Suhei Gonzalez and Kevin Gutierrez.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chapman Funeral Home Chapel (100 E Fair St, Eufaula, AL 36027). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
