He is survived by : his wife Mary Evelyn Miolen Perkins; his siblings, Emerson Perkins and Dorothy Wells (Larry); and his siblings-in-law, Denise Miolen and Ritchie Miolen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
