He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee Perkins and Ethel Burgett Perkins; and his siblings, Denny Perkins, Frank Perkins, JB Perkins and Hazel Reed.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Evelyn Miolen Perkins; his siblings, Emerson Perkins, Dorothy Wells (Larry) and Susie Perkins; and his siblings-in-law, Denise Miolen and Ritchie Miolen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
