He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland and Pearl Carroll Greene; his wife Rosemary Walden Greene; his sisters, Martha Braswell and Virginia Faircloth (Cleveland Greene); and his nieces, Sharon Westbrook and Caron Faircloth.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Greene of Eufaula, Rosemarie Arnette (Danny) of Ariton and Tiffany Carpenter (Preston) of Eufaula; his sisters, Lavonia Guy of Eufaula and Donna Green of Eufaula; his grandchildren, Ray Arnette (Layla) of Derrick, Crystal "Toot-Toot" Dansby, Shelby Carpenter, Daniel Carpenter, Leodale Morris, Raylinn Arnette and Andrew Arnette; his great grandchildren, Conley Arnette, Grace Arnette, Grady Arnette, Lily Mae Ellis and Blaisley Byrd; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Greene and Joan Green.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Glover Funeral Home Chapel (3121 S Eufaula Ave, Eufaula, AL 36027). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 3:45 PM to 4:15 PM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery (774 Co Rd 9, Louisville, AL 36048).
