He is survived by: his mother Mary Decree (Charles Person); his children, Terrica Holmes Allen, Rashad Holmes (Cyderria), Terence Holmes (Andrea) and Timothy Bell; his grandchildren, Ikekeric Allen, Iriyah Allen, Rashad Holmes Jr., Erica Bell, Sydney Holmes, Zariah Bell and Zachary Holmes; his siblings, Katrina Clurksy, Halima Decree and Doris Decree; his aunt Winfred Decree of Compton, California; and his uncle Charles Holmes of Eufaula, Alabama.. He is also survived by cousins, extended family, lifelong friends.
