He was predeceased by: his parents, Vann C. Moses and Ruth E. Moses. He is survived by: his daughter Aimee M. Lowe; his son-in-law Danny R. Lowe II; his grandchildren, Lillian Ruth Rush, Austin R. Lowe and Barrett A. Lowe; and his siblings, Judith (Jerry Minor), John Moses, Tony (Vicki Moses) and Harold (Laurie Moses). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
