She was predeceased by: her parents, Luby Veal and Lena Veal; her husband Loyd West; her siblings, Mozell Freeman, Wynell Jenkins, Holen Veal, Billy Veal and Ronald Veal; and her stepdaughter Lisa Phelps.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Arrington; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Wiltson, Derrick Arrington and Amber Hughes.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
