He is survived by: his father William Joe Weaver of Evergreen; his wife Lynn Peacock Weaver of Evergreen; his son Anthony Richard Weaver (Brittany) of Evergreen; his sister Brenda Weaver Erickson of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Griffin Weaver, Gaby Weaver (Drew), Grayson Weaver (Katelyn) and Landon Williams; and his great grandchild Scout Gaskin.
