He is survived by: his children, Kevin McNeil (Heather) of Evergreen and Angela (McNeil); his siblings, David Thomas McNeil of Tennessee, Timothy, Dennis McNeil and Patricia Freeman of Evergreen; and his grandchildren, Austin McNeil, Brett Scott, Nathan McNeil and Cadence McNeil. He is also survived by four step grandchildren and seven step great grandchildren.
