He was predeceased by: his son Todd Blevins; and his parents, Dearl Blevins and Lillian Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Delores Blevins; his children, C. Michael (Kristie J. Blevins), Brenda (Neil Thompson), Linda (Keith Arnett) and Timothy Parker Blevins (Carol Ware); his grandchildren, Bradley Arnett (Sydney), Craig Arnett (Monica), Lindsey Pearce (Zach), Brittney Langdon (Andrew), Kelsey Smith (Jacob), McKenzie Blevins, Sarah H. Serif, Isabelle Blevins, C. Will Blevins and Parker Charles Blevins; his great grandchildren, Tinsley Pearce, Benjamin Arnett, Charley Arnett, Caroline Arnett, Tucker Pearce, Callie Mae Arnett, Parker Grace Pearce and Lily Sue Langdon; his siblings, Mary Easter Cornett, Becky Spencer (Jim) and Jack Blevins; and his brother-in-law Kenny McQueen.
