With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugenia Brown (Evergreen, Alabama), who passed away on March 25, 2026 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Ellis and Katie Lide Ellis; and her husband Phillip Daniel Brown. She is survived by: her children, Rev. Herbert Brown (Peggy) of Greenville, Alabama, Katherine Steelman (Ed) of Northport and Frances Ford (Shane) of Pendergrass, Georgia; her sister-in-law Letita Brown; her grandchildren, Katie Miller (Aaron), Kayla Coker (Dusty), Daniel Ford (Elisabeth) and Maggie Ford; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Miller, Michael Miller, Mason Miller, Marlee Kate Miller, Emmett Coker, Emery Coker, Everette Coker and Eleanor Ford.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Olive Branch Baptist Church Operation Christmas Child Ministry.
