Gloria Sellers Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gloria Sellers of Evergreen, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 28, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Walker and Mae Walker; her husband Miller Sellers; her brother Curtis Walker; and her sisters-in-law, Suzie Walker and Emmaline Walker.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Owens-Andress (Dickey); her grandsons, J. P. Owens (Alex), Walker Owens and Harvey Owens; her brother Murrel Walker; and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Sellers and Annie Mae Presley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Gloria had Alzheimer's, with severe memory loss and didn't remember Miller had passed, so continually searched for him in the nursing home where they had spent their last year together. As her Alzheimer's condition progressed more rapidly after Miller's passing, her death is a blessing and she is now at peace and with him again and no longer searching or wondering where he is.
