He was predeceased by: his sister Megan Booker. He is survived by: his wife Amy Booker; his daughter Ali; his sisters, Abbi and Jamie Booker; his parents, Johnny Booker and Elaine Booker; his brother Justin Booker (Olivia) of Evergreen; and his mother-in-law Sharon Ikner.
