He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Robinson and Vida Law Robinson; and his sons, John Law Robinson, Jr. (Martha) and James "Jim" Edward Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Northcutt Robinson; his children, Edward Brownlow Robinson of Evergreen, Melissa Robinson of Evergreen and Mary Claire Warlick (Chuck) of Birmingham; his daughter-in-law Martha Blair Robinson; his brother Colonel Charles William Robinson (Barbara) of Dunwoody, Georgia; and his grandchildren, John Law Robinson III (Katie), Mary Hamilton Graves (Chandler), Claire Cunningham (Chris), Jim Warlick and Rob Warlick (Katie). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and other family members.
