She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Kendrick; and her parents, Sam Griffin and Fannie Griffin. She is survived by: her children, Kent Kendrick (Patricia) of Dothan, AL, Gordon Kendrick (Sharon) of St. Petersburg, Florida, Jerry Kendrick (Oneida) of Evergreen, AL, Donnie Kendrick (Doreen) of Bainbridge, Georgia, Linda Carlisle (Richard) of Terrytown, Louisiana, Connie Baggett (Scott) of Orange Beach, Alabama and Joan Lyons (Doug) of Pensacola, Florida; and her sisters, Nana Lee, Merle and Betty Sue. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cope-Keahey Funeral Home (705 Perryman St, Evergreen, AL 36401). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Magnolia Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bower Memorial Baptist Church.
