He was predeceased by: his parents, Pink Foley and Jaine Joyner Foley; his wives, Mamie Tolbert Foley and Thelma Gorum Foley; his children, Ray Tolbert, Michael Tolbert, Alvin Tolbert, Larry Tolbert and Joan Ketchum; his grandchildren, Christopher Tolbert and Alison Brown Ference; his great grandchild Holden Hinote; and his brother J. T. Foley.
He is survived by: his children, Lavon Tolbert of Excel, Renea McKinley of Peterman, Cindy Eggers of Evergreen, Diane Tolbert of Huntsville and Joyce Jones of Morristown, TN; his sisters, Dorothy Sexton of McKenzie and Betty Foley of Florala; his niece Opal Foley; and his nephew Jim Foley. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and other family members and friends.
