He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl Eggers and Sarah Sirmon Sawyer; his stepfather Charles Sawyer; his daughter Alison Brown Ference; and his daughter-in-law Crystal Eggers.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Eggers; his children, Foster Brown (Angie) of Tuscaloosa, Alex Ference of Anniston, Chris Eggers of Muscle Shoals, Tyler Eggers (Nancy) of Wiggins, MS and Kim Williamson (Shaun) of Toney, AL; his father-in-law Coy Foley; and his sisters, Sue Jane Schmidt (Dennis) of Mobile, Sherry Barcaw (Jeff) of Robertsdale and Peggy Sawyer of Castleberry. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Witherington Cemetery.
