He is survived by: his siblings, Armstead Fountain, Will Oscar Fountain, Daniel Fountain, Elizabeth Graphenreed, Gertrude Thomas, Emma Shaw, Susie Pitts, Geana Ford, Arniece Powell, Priscilla Wright and Ruby Paige; his children, Loree Fountain, Ruben Fountain, Jr. (Cynthia) of Moss Point, MS, James Fountain (Karen) of Moss Point, MS, Deborah Fountain of Pascagoula, MS, Bernadine Magee (Rex Allen) of Gautier, MS and Tonya Fountain-Adams (Ray) of Moss Point, MS.; his grandchildren, Teressa Fountain-Brumfield, Angel Davenport, Rashard Shabazz, Rachel Lee, Lamont Parson (Shon), Shandale Wilson (Erika), Latreena Magee, Lakesha Hodge (Jerrick), Jeylen Fountain (Armmani) and Jerric Fountain (Alesha); his great grandchildren, Labreya, Raegan, Laila, LaDarius, Richard, Ryan, Kal-El, Tyrik, Zykeera, Chris, David, Allen, Nyiah, Aurionna, Avonna, Alexis, Brittany, Karissa, Dayja, Vania, Jerric Jr., Jaiden, August, Rowan and Kevin; his siblings' children, Linda Clay and James Sims; his godchildren, Earl Armstead and Angela Turnipseed; and his friends, J. W. Woodland and Wilson Pickett. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
