He is survived by: his children, Thomas Ballinger (Karen) of Pascagoula, MS, Nina Ballinger Spiers of Mobile, AL, Sarah Legg of Evergreen, AL and Elizabeth Barnard (Kirk) of Hurley, MS; his grandchildren, Jennifer Buley (Kenneth), Joel Spiers, Joseph Spiers (Linda), Janean Ballinger, Rebekah Baker, Lillie Pipkin, Leah Ogborn (Riley), Andrew Barnard (Misty), Thomas S. Ballinger and Chloe Ballinger; his siblings, Thyra, Johnnie Ruth, QueenIna, James, Hilda, Gerald and Coy; Jeffolette Watkins of Philadelphia, MS.. He is also survived by 21 Great-Grandchildren, 4 Great-Great Grandchildren.
