She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Outlaw and Helen Distler Outlaw; and her siblings, Phyllis Seaton and Charles Outlaw. She is survived by: her husband James Jerry Holt; her children, Tim Holt, Wayne Holt (Angela Packard Holt) and Laura Holt Matthews (Mac Matthews); her grandchildren, Andrew Holt (Ashley Holt), Zach Holt, Jamie Matthews (Whitney Matthews), Rachel Matthews, Cameron Holt (Chelsea Holt), Alex Holt, Hayley Holt and Cooper Holt; her great grandchildren, Maddy Feaster, Eli Holt, Blane Holt, Camden Holt and Judah Matthews; and her brother-in-law Marion Holt (Clara Ruth Holt). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

As a longtime supporter, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in her memory.
