It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Thomas of Fackler, Alabama, who passed away on April 4, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Ivey Thomas; his parents, Dalton Thomas and Josie Townson Thomas; his sons, Raymond Thomas and Richard Leon Thomas; his granddaughter Julie Thomas; and his siblings, Linda Gail, Beverly, Kenneth, Ollie Mae, Ruby, Ruth, Shorty, Bill and Faye.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Thomas and Pam Horton (Steven); his grandchildren, Chris Thomas, David Horton (Rachael), Tabetha Horton, Jaime Ollis (Lance), Waylon Berry, Darrell Thomas (Carri), Caleb Thomas and Rikki Thomas (Dakota); and his great grandchildren, Katelyn Smith, Elizabeth, Evan Horton, Tristan, Mackenzie, Easton and Elliana Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
