He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton C. Hand and Betty Harrison Hand; and his brother Curry R. Hand. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara H Weeks (Mitch), Kay H. McDevitt (Danny) and Nancy H. Brooks (Bob); and his close friends, Kelley, Mike and Chuck. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
