She is survived by : her husband John Douglas "Doug" Fultz; her children, James Keith Pipkin of Daphne, AL, Jacob Lane Pipkin of Fairhope, Alexandria Fultz Cook (Matthew) of Fairhope and Brodie Fultz of Fairhope; her siblings, Darryl E. Lane of Fairhope, Donna Lane Kolb (Bob) of Fairhope and Marcia Lane Turgeau (Steve) of Fairhope; her granddaughter Tatum Lane Cook of Fairhope; and her mother-in-law Marian Fultz of Fairhope. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
