He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Allen and Ruby Allen; and his siblings, Dorothy Laniham, Louise Henderson, Ann Kralik, Frances Sparks, Charles Allen, Ray Allen and Willie Allen.
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Michelle Merchant (Kevin) of Fairhope; his brother J. C. Allen (Lydia) of Silverhill; and his grandchildren, Timothy D. Wood of Wilmer, AL, Dustin R. Burroughs of Daphne, AL, Zachary Burroughs of Wilcox, AL and Chelsea Merchant of Foley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Fairhope Chapel (19698 Greeno Rd, Fairhope, AL 36532). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
