She was predeceased by : her parents, John Nuys and Mary Van Nuys; her sister Peggy Howard; and her brother-in-law Bud Howard. She is survived by : her son Tony Milby (Honey); her granddaughters, Caitlin Milby (Alex) and Amy Milby; her great grandchild Jude Milby; and her brother John Van Nuys (Nancy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations be made in Catherine's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
