He was predeceased by: his wife Gelene Clement Mullenix; his parents, Grace Shirley Mullenix and Charles Lee Mullenix; and his siblings, Howard, Dallas, Hillard, Hilton, Giles and Ila Dean Donaho (Mullenix).
He is survived by: his sons, Charles Lee Mullenix III and Christopher Dee Mullenix; his daughters-in-law, Marlana Mullenix (Messer) and Jamie Ullock Mullenix; his grandchildren, Charie Mullenix Parler, Charlee Gelene Mullenix, Christopher Dalton Mullenix, Christina Danielle Mullenix, Marley Marie Ullock and Miles Christian James Mullenix; and his great grandchild Cameren Lee Parler. He is also survived by his wife and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested for the "National Melanoma Research Foundation".
