He was predeceased by : his parents, Clinton Garfield Rowell and Annie Mazie Black Rowell. He is survived by : his wife Kris Green Rowell of Fairhope; his children, Joey Rowell (Mandy) of Excel, Kelvin Rowell (Ronda) of Silver Hill, Chad Rowell (Cherie) of Excel and Jonie M. Rowell of Fairhope; and his siblings, Henry Rowell of Camden and Windon Loucindy Reeves of Pace, FL. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
