She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Taylor and Garnett Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Kirk R. Abernathy; her children, Misty Getz of Petersburg, IL, Alysia Abernathy of Marseille, IL, Natasha Dairy (Nick) of Abingdon, IL, Jason Talley (Debra) of Princeville, IL and Jerry Talley of East Peoria, IL; her sister Pam Lowe of Fairview, IL; her half-siblings, Brian Wyant of Odesa, TX, Mark Wyant, Cliff Taylor, Jr. of Canton, IL, Crawford Taylor of Cuba, IL and Casey Taylor; her aunt Sandy Taylor; and her uncle Dick Taylor of Middle Grove, IL. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
To honor Debbie's memory, donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to Wounded Warriors, Tunnels to Towers or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
