He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Brown Sr. and Margaret Irene Morgan Brown; his former wife Margaret Elaine Weston Brown; and his siblings, Helen Stapleton (Lavon), Fran Goodell (Charlie), Agnes Pope (Bobby) and Lee Brown (Julie).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ellis Brown; his sister Shirley Craig (Ace); his sons, Doug Brown (Stacy), Jason Brown (Ashley) and Stephen Brown (Lisa); his grandchildren, Hannah Lambert (Chase), Noah Brown, Taylor Brown (Ashlyn), Caleb Brown (Sydney), Ethan Brown, Dalton Brown, Declan Brown and Kaden Brownand Morgan Brown; and his great grandchildren, Arlo Brown, Beck Brown and Sutton Lambertand Wren Brown.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Fairhope Avenue Baptist Church.
