She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred William Bean and Fostine Godwin Bean; her husband Chester A. Caldwell, Jr.; her sisters, Mary Lynn Bean Anderson and Martha Bean Hall; and her friend Ida B. Clayborn.
She is survived by : her children, Catherine Caldwell Canale of Fairhope, Constance Caldwell Walker of Montgomery, Alabama and Chester Abbott Caldwell, III of Abilene, Texas; her grandsons, Zachary David Caldwell (Catherine) of Scottsdale, Arizona, Samuel Abbott Caldwell of Abilene and James Edward Walker, IV of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; and her sister Linda Bean Sullivan of Little Rock.
