She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin McCord and Earnest McCord; her sisters, Geneva "Sis", Elizabeth "Bet", Alma "Bea" and Evelyn "Eb"; and her daughter Robin Carol Oliver.

She is survived by: her family Frances; her daughter Tena Nelson Hailey; her grandchildren, Patrick Michael Oliver, Courtney Renae Wingate (Michael) and Adrienne Marie Sherrill (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Natalie Frances Wingate, Delaney Lynn Wingate and Paxton Adam Oliver. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
