He was predeceased by: his significant other Eleanor Thomason; his parents, Eunice Rabern Thomason and Henry Walter Thomason; and his sisters, Dorothy Thomason Pittard and Jackie Thomason Liebherr.
He is survived by: his sons, Tony Thomason (Michelle), Andy Thomason (Donna) and Doug Thomason (Gussie); his grandchildren, Spenser Thomason (Holly), Eva Clark (Nick), Nick Thomason and Henry Thomason; his great grandchildren, Cora and Cru Thomason; and his brother Bob Thomason (Brenda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home (19698 Greeno Rd, Fairhope, AL 36532). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Alabama State Veterans Cemetery (34904 AL-225, Spanish Fort, AL 36527).
