She is survived by: her son Thomas Jackson Farmer, Jr. (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Jessica Lami (Jeremy), Jana Clay (Brandon) and Jarred Azevedo (Katie); her great grandchildren, Zoe, Jackson and Harper Lami; and her grandchildren, Bella, Reese Azevedo, Milo, Cyrus and Cullen Clay. She is also survived by her family, friends.
