She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lamar Ruppenthal and Sena Ruppenthal of Montgomery, Alabama.; her former husband Jim Nelson; and her son William Lamar Nelson (Bill). She is survived by: her husband Glen Morris; her son Eric Nelson (Dana); her granddaughter Nichole Nelson; her great grandchild Fallon of Orange Beach, AL; her son Adam Nelson; and her friend Janet Nelson Helms.
