He is survived by: his brother Richard K Allen (Karen); his children, Dale Allen of Springfield, IL, Tracy Allen (Satu) of Petersburg, IL and Jo Higgerson (Chris) of Springfield, IL; his grandchildren, Stephanie Pierce (Melvin), Jessica Higgerson, Anna Chastain (Monte), Hannaliisa Hippchen (Erik) and Johannes Allen; and his great grandchildren, Levi and Case Stephen Pierce. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
