She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleophus Billingsley and Ludelia Billingsley; and her siblings, Ralph and Geraldine. She is survived by: her children, Tamika Powell and Lee Andrew Powell, Jr. (Delaine); her grandchildren, Darius, Trevius (Tweety), Jaret, Jada, Kaley, Caidin, Nylah and Jasmine Ford; her great grandchildren, Nehemiah, Tinslee, Teagan and Everlee Reese; her siblings, Lenora, Barbara, Iva, Janice, Clearthur and Jonathan; and her aunt Doris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
